S & P Property Law was founded out of our frustration in the profession, often finding that the Conveyancing world was full of unnecessary legal jargon which was adding to the stress of an already stressful situation for our clients. That, combined with the ever increasing transaction times found across the industry, we knew we wanted to make a change.

At S & P Property Law we work alongside trusted partners to ensure that we work together, putting our client first to get to that common goal - to get our clients moved as quickly as possible!

Due to the way we are set up, our Consultants have fewer clients than your traditional high-street or factory firm meaning we have more time dedicated to each client. Trishna Gandhi-Pollard

Director/Consultant Conveyancing Solicitor

Trish qualified as a Solicitor in 2017, having worked in Conveyancing since 2011, it only made sense for her to qualify and specialise in Conveyancing! Since qualifying, Trish has been honing in on her specialisms dealing with all manner of transaction types and has vast experience dealing with transactions and has been known to get stuck in to a messy legal property title or two over the years!

When Trish isn’t working, you can find her engrossed in a crime thriller, travelling the World (she wants to visit and explore every continent!) and peaceful walks in the countryside.
